My client in Ukraine has a subscription for ARIS Cloud Advanced, expired in Nov 22.
Project room name: uenprod
Recently my client receved a message that project room is deactivated, see the screen. Please explain what is going on. The subscription is paid! Unfortunatelly, I cannot reach my laptop with all client invoices etc. as I'm on the fronline, so I would really appreciate if you could solve this issue ASAP.
