My ARIS Helpdesk Phone Number was recently changed. I have a free-form text area on every one of my models (2000+) that has the old phone number on it. Is there a way I can:
A. Perform a find and replace on the entire database to edit all instances of this text? (Ideal)
OR
B. Insert a database attribute into my models so that if the number changes again, I can just edit the attribute and it will be updated everywhere. (Less than ideal, but at least I would be covered in the event of another change.)
I have thought about using an object for the telephone number, but I do not want Publisher to create that red square around it when my customer's highlight it.
Thanks,
Stefan

Why did not you use, past as text occurrences, when you were using free text to depict help desk telephone number as illustrated below?
