HELP! I can not do even the first step in ARIS, which is open "LOCAL". Why? I downloaded ARIS without problems. Server must be downloaded too? HOW?

Which ARIS version are using? 7.2 or most recent 9.5?

you may download ARIS 9.5b now from the ARIS Download Center which fixes the installation issues with LOCAL:

Please ask Global Support ARIS for the credentials: arissupport@softwareag.com
That login is still needed as some maintenance customers need to consider sprecific restrictions.
