ARIS: "Local Business Server cannot be started!"

HELP! I can not do even the first step in ARIS, which is open "LOCAL". Why? I downloaded ARIS without problems. Server must be downloaded too? HOW?

Which ARIS version are using? 7.2 or most recent 9.5?

Dear Carlota,

you may download ARIS 9.5b now from the ARIS Download Center which fixes the installation issues with LOCAL:

Please ask Global Support ARIS for the credentials: arissupport@softwareag.com

That login is still needed as some maintenance customers need to consider sprecific restrictions.

I am not able to access Local server in ARIS 7.2 without internet connection. Need help with this
