After upgarding into 9.8 , ARIS has become slower than ever. It is taking around 15 sec to open a model even though all the memory utilization is same as it was in 9.7.
What needs to be done to increase the speed of ARIS?

When you watch server memory it feels all good
but you might have to increase the java heap sizes of certain runnables
is your environment loadbalanced ?
may be you can share physical server diagram
and acc list command output

Java heap size has been increased but issue still exists.
Yes it is load balanced and the Server is connected to MSSQL Server.

Although, the list command output was missing in your post, it's anyway insufficient. Only log files can reveal issues in your updated ARIS installation.
But these forum can't provide dedicated technical support. Therefore, I suggest you to open a support ticket via Empower and provide your log files. You can use the batch file C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS9.8\support\collectLogFiles.bat.
