Create user defined Attribute with Values & Symbols

Hi,

I want to create a new attribute and display its values as symbols against functions on EPCs. I got this working (by the following method) on a local database but the same does not work on our server.

In a local database I created a user-defined attribute with a list or values and associated symbols. In the method I associated the attribute with functions on EPC, VACD & FAD models. I have displayed the attribute as a symbol on the models by selecting ‘As symbol’ on the attribute placement dialog.

Does anyone know of any settings that could cause this not to work on the server database?
