Hello,
we implement recently ARIS 9.8.2 and use ARIS Connect to publish the models. Further we defined that models are documented in German and English.
I know that in ARIS Designer/Architect the language of a diagram can be changed independently from the language of the application interface. Now the question is, is it possible to change the diagrams without changing the language of ARIS Connect? That means that the diagram is in German and ARIS Connect interface is in English.

the language of the models the user sees in ARIS Connect depends on the language the user chooses. By default Connect interface and model content are displayed in the language preferred by the user in his browser settings. You cannot change that independently of each other. If you want to view model content in German instead of English you change the language of the interface and you will get the model content in the same language.
It is not true, that you can change the language of a model in Architect/Designer. You can choose upon login to the database, in which language you want to view and edit the model content. If you are a language talent, you can choose to show more languages in the properties window and thus edit attributes in multiple languages in parallel.
Since ARIS Connect is targeted at the end consumers, the assumption is, that a user needs the interface and model content in the same language. You can only change both together from the user's menu. That applies to the portal. When editing models in Connect Designer you can switch the language in the model you are editing independently from the interface language. This way you can also edit multiple languages.
