Sorry to be a pest on here but I am learning as I go on this product. We restarted our ARIS instance for configuration of SMTP components and now we are unable to get into the collaboration page. Is there something that I am missing?

When I click on it I just get a white page under the navigation bar. It doesn't load or do anything if I let it sit.

Is your browser loaded with extensions such as AdBlock or alike?
Try a fresh browser as portable app to be sure: http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/google_chrome_portable
What is the ARIS Cloud Controller showing? Are all 15 runnables on status STARTED?

Checked out the portable browser and the page still isn't loading. I have also checked in different browsers and have the same problem. I have all 15 runnables started as well.

I remember such a behavior in ARIS 9.0. Back then it helped to stop/start Collaboration via ARIS Cloud Controller (stop ecp_m, start ecp_m). But I never saw that in 9.5.
I recommend to open a support ticket, either with Empower/eService or email to Global Support ARIS: arissupport@softwareag.com. Someone from support probably need to look into the log files of your system.

One last thing come with my mind: Do you have a key package for ARIS Connect Server or ARIS Design Server?
In case of ARIS Design Server, Collaboration won't be shown as it's not part of that product, although you are able to login.

I did open a ticket but it looks like maybe i didn't key something right form the other thread for setting up SMTP. Is there a way to clear those settings?

Is the page not loaded or did your login fail when trying to access http://YourServer.domain/#default/collaboration?
