The process should include how a business process in aris goes throught the model status and is released.

Hi Deepti,
I believe what you are looking for is Release Cycle Management of ARIS models. Please review the links below, especially the Rob Davis article that explains this. You should be able to derive a process after reading this article. While the article doesnt explain this at the depth that you are interested in, I still believe this would be a good reference.

Yes I have modeled the Model Release process. We are also using Aris Process Governance (APG) so the business manages the models and promotes them from Dev to QA to Prod. APG also publishes all models in all three databases every night.
