can enyone help me with this? During ans after simulation of EPCs in statistic window I see good values of wait times, throughput time and so on. Than I say save all statistic on my desktop. And when open it in excel, all values are negative. What could be a problem.

probably it depends by the time format used to save duration values: "Excel" seems not able to recognize the dddd:hh:mm:ss format (not standard) used by ARIS to represent time duration in the statistics.
copy-paste your ARIS statistics on your worksheet but be sure you set the cell type in your worksheet as text format, otherwise Excel will trasform automatically the value in time format.
if you get the right values, you found the problem. (then you can solve it by manipulating your copy-pasted excel data with its text functions or by modifing in ARIS the piece of code that perform the save of the statistics)
