Aris 9.8 Architect/Designer Client - Missing Administration tab

Hello,

We notice a strange issue with one of our Aris users that has Architect permissions like I do.

We have the same function and license privileges and in the same associated user groups.

When I log in via the Aris 9.8 Architect/Designer client to the same Design Server I can see the administration tab, but when he logs in he doesn't see the Administration tab.

What can it be?

Hi Marcel,

The Administration tab is available only to Architect, and you also have to check if your colleague has the 'Architect' license on the UMC, then on the Architect have to go to 'ARIS > Select Perspective' and on the Perspective Wizard go to second step where have to enable the 'configuration & Administration' working environment.
