See if the report you want to add have check this options: Open Dialogs, Writes in a database, Available in Aris Connect. Please uncheck it.And try to get the report into the schedule. Let me know

did you already achieve your goal? If not, then I just want to give a guess, why you did not get the right dialog as you described above.

Actually I use the scheduled reports functionality for updating several publications and it works fine so far. For creating them I use  the Administration Tab, select a Database (in the attached first screenshot it is "Test"), select Scheduled Reports underneath the Database node (same level as Publications, Users, Usergroups, ...) and finally new -> scheduled report.

In the following assistent you give a name and user credentials in the first step. In the next steps you choose the Report itself, the Database  and finishing with a TimeTable. (Starting screen in screenshot 2 - sorry, that both screenshots are in german language).
