Dear Colleagues!

Recently we experience difficulties with connection to ARIS Express Client. While entering the login/password combination we receive either  “unable to connect to ARIS community, Please connect to the Internet when running ARIS Express for the first time so that your login data can be checked. Please also check the proxy settings of your system in the Internet options.” message or system just “stalls” not allowing to move to next step

Meanwhile such problem does not occur while entering ARIS Community through the browser.
