Can anybody tell me, in which way I can delete my aris community account? Unfortunately there's know FAQ entry about this issue.

Hello,
i have tried several times to get aris installed but to no avail. i want my account deleted, it keeps telling me unable to run Aris, please find attachment below. maybe i can try some other time. please delete my account for the now and please suggest possible solutions. Regards
