I am today new to Aris products and our company has bought ARIS software and I have installed ARIS connect server 9.6 with SQL server 2012 R2 on a VM windows 2012.
The installation went fine were it installed the ARIS agent and connect server. After the installation as per the installation document we stopped and started the ARIS connect server and ARIS clound controller.
one of the service LOADBALANCER_M is in failed status and I dont know where to check the logs. Can you please help identify the issue also when we try to launch the URL http://<localhost>/umc we are getting a page not found error. We tried with IP address and FQDN still the same issue.
Please help.

Dear JA,
When the runnable loadbalancer fails, it's likely that port 80 is already blocked by another web server, e.g. IIS. Check that with netstat -an |find ":80 ".
If loadbalancer is failed you can't access ARIS from Architect nor from browser.
The log files can be gathered via "collectLogFiles.bat" in subfolder "support" of your ARIS 9 installation folder.
I recommend you to send that resulting ZIP file of all log files to Global Support ARIS via Empower/eService on https://empower.softwareag.com/.
