Please take a look at the FAQ. There are 2 major causes for this problem:
- You are using a too old java version.
- You are behind a web proxy and have to configure it.

I have same issue, 1.0.6_07 (ARIS professional supported) and I have tried with different networks having and not web proxy getting same result. Also if I try to access directly to the file, this happen:

Hi Daniel,
Java 1.6.07 is not supported by ARIS Express. You will need to upgrade to Java 1.6.10 at least. It is not a bug that you can't access the URL as you have tried in your browser.
