->->per function the name/descriptions of all the controls

Isn't that something that is part of ARIS Risk and Compliance Manager (not a report but providing this information)? You might want to check this product and see if the additional functionalities will fit into your project needs.

Fyi...Aris BPM and ARCM are not the best friends...these info is not available in the default setup of ARCM.
