How do i proceed ?

to solve this you need to write a report script which generate/update your BP web export. This report script can call a second report after web export is done.
For this you have to use the following report components (take a look into the report script help pages):
- Business Publisher scrict interface - Can create a BP web export
- Report script interface - Can execute a report script in a report script
