I appear to be having a very random issue.  A model has been created in our To-be Modelling database. For some reason after publishing this model to our consumers viewing database the image does not appear, all other information is present.  This does not happen on all models, at this stage only a couple of models have done this in ARIS Connect, the problem does not exist in ARIS Architect. Does anyone have any insight as to why this may occur or how to correct it. Thanks

Dear Kylie,

Do you use database filters? Then check which database filter is currently selected for your database. You can check that in ARIS Connect when you hover with the mouse cursor over the database icon:

When all your models are properly shown in Architect but not in Connect, then it's most likely a filter which is assigned to your database which is not chosen when logging in using Architect.

Up to ARIS 10.0 SR15 you need to set the default database filter in ARIS Architect:

But with ARIS 10.0 SR16 you can also set the database default filter in ARIS Administration:
