Ok, I'll begin ;-)
Basic checklist to apply after a minor Aris upgrade : same version number, different SR number. For example : ARIS 10SR8 -> Aris 10SR12
- Before the upgrade : run a query , a Wysiwyg report, a code report and save outputs ,make a list of documents in ADS (Aris Document Storage) or take a screenshot of the ADS list
- Read the release notes and adapt the checklist if necessary
- Connect as a non-administrator user (both with Aris connect and Aris Architect)
- Connect as an administrator user (both with Aris connect and Aris Architect)
- Open a model for viewing
- Open a (test) model, modify, save
- Run a Wysywg report, compare output with pre-upgrade report output
- Run a javascript code report using custom object/model attributes (if any), compare output with pre-upgrade report output
- Run a query , compare output with pre-upgrade query result
- Chek Aris Document Storage
- Compare documents lists with pre-upgrade documents list
- Open some documents
- Upload a new document, and delete it
