Missing objects in FAD when published

Hi All,

I have a problem that when our FADs are published to the 'Publisher Server' all content (excpet the function) is stripped from the FAD. All other models are fine and this doesnt happen when using HTML to publish?

I have tried creating new databases, users, templates, filters and using different browsers but non have resolved the issue.

Is this a known problem?

Hi, you tried logging in with the username and the filter you used for export in ARIS BA to make sure it's not an access right issue?

Hi William,

Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried exporting as system and loging into the browser as system but I have the same results. Any more suggestions woudl be greatly appreciated as i've only been using the tool for a month so i'm still a noob. :)

Have fixed it!

It appears that the user group was causing the issue. We created an exact replica of the group and added our user to it. We can now see the connections and objects in the FADs. Original group now deleted and all still ok.
