Hi everybody!
I work in a big company in Brazil, that has just begun to use ARIS to draw the processes. To start using the software we hired a consulting that has expertise in using and managing the software. But, now I figure out we can manage it by ourselves. However, all admin privileges and other little things like create and rename an EPC or make the publication in ARIS Publisher are with the third-part partner.
My question is: How do the other companies in Brazil (or in the world) deal with this matter? Do they hire a third-part to do this or do they prefer to have this knowledge with themselves?
Can you share your experiences with me?
