Is it possible to delete one version of a model. VIA script or from aris Bussines Architect ? We created the version of model by mistake ...

no this is not possible either by Architect nor by script.
The only fallback is I think: login to the ARIS database with a specified change list number (e.g. the CL number before your mistake) and merge the model to a other ARIS database. Then delete the model and merge the model back to the original database.

Unfortunately it doesn't work, or I didn't understand correctly.
I log on DB ( change list for example 7 ) and merge the model in other DB. After merge the model in other DB has all versions (also versions above change list 7) ... As I understand it should have only versions below change list 7.
Did I do something wrong ? Or is there any solution ?

with this workaround you can only restore ONE specific version e.g. CL 7.
To prevent that the versionlist of the model is restored after the merge back to original DB you have to change the model GUID. The best is to copy the model (model will get new GUID) and merge the copied model back to original DB. Then the model should have an empty list.

Unfortunately I wanted to delete only one CL ( 7) and have others (below and above 7) . As I see it is impossible :(
