Hi
Not all attributes of a model should be editable by the modelling people. Especially the Status-Attribute (AT_STATE_1) should only be changed by a specific group.
Is this possible?
Kind regards,
Dominik

Hi Tanguy,
thanks for the fast answer.
When done by filter, can the user access the value if it is contained within a report? E.g. will the attribute be printed in a report?
A read-only-attributes sounds better. Can I change an attribute to read-only? Or is there a defined set of read-only-attributes? I need one on a Model containing text (< 10 Chars).
Kind regards,
Dominik

Hello Dominik,
Only possible way is to use either different filter for different modeling group - disadvantages: modeler will not see the value of the attributes if not part of the filter
Or
use read only attributes, with a script/macro that will fill in the value based on input form. This one is accessible only to advanced users
