We have Data privacy folder in ARIS (under Main Group). But that the Data Privacy folder is not showing up in the Business Publisher(URL). I tried to recreate the export. but there is no change in business publisher.
Could someone please help me to overcome this issue.
Please I need a detailed step-by-step guidance.

please check by which profile your are trying to access the publisher??
Access is depend on the user/usergroup.

In Business Publisher , when we log in as "Anonymous" and click "Contents" then all the folders are available under main group. But only the 'Data privacy" folder was missing in "4_Application and infrastructure Architecture".
I tried to delete the WebExportDev and again I create it and then restart the service. But it will not come.
I checked the profile and the user group is Business Publisher.
Could you please advice how can I proceed with further steps to get the Data privacy folder in Business Publisher.

If you do not have any models in that group then it will not be visible in publisher.
