Hi All,

Please help. Its very urgent.

We use ARIS 9.6 and we have installed both Design server and Business Publisher server in two different machines. The web exports failed to update automatically. So we update the exports manually which also fails to update . So we tried to create new exports. But the creation of new exports also failed and getting the below error message.

"The Procedure was canceled"

I have checked the log files and I found the below error message.

"java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded"

Could someone please help us to solve the issue ASAP. It is in Production.
