Is the aris licences for windows ca be used on a linux system based installation or is there différent licences for linux.

Of course, you could use the ARIS license files (technically in XML format) also in Linux installations of ARIS. It's rather a flag in our contracting system for which operating system you have licensed our products.

I tied the linux install and the windows declared licences worked on linux.

I'm not aware of any different licences for linux. You have licenced the product from us, not the OS.
