strange message on our students ARIS platform...
when login in a database, an alert about the database having being "restored ?", and asking to "wait for initial login of database administrator" ?... (screen copy attached)
I don't know what is the cause.. nobody has try to "restore" anything...
I imagine i have to log as database admin on the server, but for which action... ????

i have realized that, curiously, i lost the privilege "database administrator..." and that fixed, the pb is solved...
so easy !

Hi,
to give you a background what the reason is:
ARIS provides the possibility to link objects with Software AG's Centrasite system. If you now restore a database and open it, the system tries to check whether there exist such objects. This check can only be triggered if the user is a database administrator.
I send this to our development, so they can revise the message text to make it more clear.

Hi Pierre,
I received that same message during our migration to ARIS 9.8.
It seems that you only need to log in with an admin user and that's all.
At least in my case, that simple action 'enabled' the access for Designer users.
Anyway, I'd like to know the reason for that message, since it didn't happen in older versions.
