hello,
winxp sp3, 4cores 4 gb ram
1 - i downloaded latest aris express installation,
2 - after instalation ive got unable to import aplication error msg
3 - i updated java 1.6.0-037 to latest 1.7.0-09
4 - restarted setup and thist time got successfully installed msg, but cant find it nowhere, even in java cahche directory, even after changing to another drive and running again. also cant find it inside java under application nor elsewhere...
5 - tried deleting cache and again instalation succesfull and again nowhere on computer can be found...
6 - tried downgarding java and the same story from the begining...
loosing faith, any idea?

please have a look here:
There is a bug in the new Java version 7, which prevents ARIS Express to start. Most likely, you automatic JRE update installed this version. There is no other way to go back to an older JRE, until the new version of the JRE is available.

we still not found out what the problem is. We have hundreds of downloads per week, but there is a (very small) percentage of users, where the download stops. This might have many reasons, proxies, whatever...
This is a link to amazon cloud s3, with the same file. Can you try this out?
