When as admin I add viewer licence for member in my organization, then when employee logs in and would like to view the models, then he/she gets notification: "none of the published databases are currently available".
As a admin, i have acticvated the database and auto-publication is on. Why users with viewer licence cannot see the published content?
Yes, this was my idea as well. However, I could not found the place in ARIS Cloud to give that kind of access. Is it possible for someone to make screenshots were I could add access for user/user groups?

You could check and change the privileges in the ARIS Cloud Administration. Open the particular database and e.g. via the context menu of the "main group"you can modify the privileges per user or user group.

Probably those users have no access on the database level. You could assign appropriate data access on the activated database for the user group.
