I created some general symbols derived from others (mainly Archimate). But when I restore the base on another computer, I can't see these symbols that are inserted in the model. I have already created a filter with the model associated with the symbols on the original computer and exported this filter to the other computer. But we verified in Administration > Method > Symbols that these symbols do not appear in the symbol base. Who can help me how can I export/import or copy this simbols into new computer

The method filter is the correct way to transfer these symbols to another computer since the symbols have been used for the objects in the models. About the Archimate check if the second computer also has the same kind of license.
