I need to integrate ARIS into my web application to enable model design feature into my website. It should allow model creation from my website. After creating the model diagram, the diagram details should be saved.
Does ARIS have any API's to design model from outside of ARIS Express, and interact with already created diagrams ?
Any help related to this would be appreciated.

The capabilites you describe are all part of the latest commercial release of ARIS Connect (9.8 SR2). ARIS Connect has got a web interface, which you can adapt to the branding of your web-site. It allows modelling directly in the browser, using any objects already created in the repository. And if you really want to do development of modelling interfaces yourself, now there is an API to the ARIS repository available for license. But first you should take a good look at the powerful features of the ARIS Connect client, before you consider that.
As for ARIS Express... it can do what you see: Design process (and other) diagrams and save them locally. There is no repository or integrated modelling.
You might want to check the ARIS Cloud offering to evaluate the capabilities of the commercial ARIS products.
