Does anybody know of a way of keeping track of which user made changes to user group or user rights? We have more than one sysadmin and need to pin down who is making certain changes.

Hello Sam,
Isn't possible... the ARIS doesn't have logs where record information about activities of system users..
you can use a simple user to administrate the another users, and only give the "user management" option under properties of user...
