Model Visible in ARIS 7.2 but not Publishing in web Publisher

Hi All,

I need your Help. For one particular EPC I have a problem. That EPC is avaiable in ARIS but not visible in Web Publisher.

I Did manula update also but it's not visible. Any Idea how to solve this issue. Or for any particular model to make visible in webpublisher is there any settings?

Sashwat,

I have had a similar experience. It turned out that the directory group that the model resided in was not included in the directory access control profile that we used to publish. As a result, the model(s) were not published from ARIS to the Business Publisher. Once we added the directory groups to the publishing profile, all was good with the world.

I believe that this happened when a new group was added by a user and its access control (Read, Write, Delete) was not updated.

Hi david,

I have checked the folder Access and it's Read+write+Delete. I republished also but that Model is not visible.

But Other models in the same folder is visible in Publisher. I am getting error for only one model.

Any idea?
