I registered for ARIS cloud two hours back but still didn't get an email regarding my account details for login.

Dear Fabio,
as I said in my comment above the creation of your ARIS Elements project room failed. Therefore, you didn't receive any login data and cannot use this room.
Unfortunately, you have to create a new ARIS Elements project room, there is no other way.

I can´t acess the totatlity of my available products.
The registration e-mail didn´t stil arrive and I can access only ARIS process mining.

Hello Eva.
I can´t access the ARIS Elements. My session shows only the room created to the ARIS process mining and I can´t reset my password. The system not permit this situation. It shows the message (see attached file)
And now I don't have to create a new room.
Is it possible verify another solution to my issue?
