When I try generating reports on my Prod UMC, a 0KB XLS gets generated without any data in it. But when try to generate the same report on my dev environment UMC, it works. I get this below error message when I try to open that 0KB file. Could you please help me with this issue.

Hi Suresh,
Which browser are you using ? Try to use another one and when choose to do the download of report instead of open automatically by browser. Also try to run some statistic report from UMC and check the results.
