I am using ARIS ver.9
I had to face a very unusual issue today, and it really upset me as i had to rush to office ( on a public holiday ) !!
My users suddenly started to complain of not being able to log into the PUBLISHER, error message attached.
I had to "STOPALL/STARTALL" services on my servers to resolve this issue !
I would now like to find out RCA for this issue, Please can somebody let me know where and what should i look for to give my management a satisfactory response.

This issue is to ARIS Publisher but not ARIS cloud related.
But to such a Publisher issue you should find hints in these log directories
<ARIS installation directory>\BPServer\tomcat\webapps\businesspublisher\log
<ARIS installation directory>\BPServer\tomcat\logs
BTW:In such a case you should contact the Global Support of Software AG via Empower with a crisis incident.
