Receive an error message when logging in

Hi Tanja,

for a better understanding of what is happened allow me first to say a few words about the error cause:

The message ‘"You do not have the privileges required for using this application..." only appears if the user has logged out in the Process Live application (Step I) but has not logged out of the project room (Step II):

What to do?

There are two options:

• Either you enter user name and your password and log in again. Now you can continue to work.
• Or you close that window and also log out of your project room.
