2) The procedure to sync and import SAP BI/BW ...

If you would like to import the BW/BI Info areas, the instructions to do so are under the Help topics. (Use SAP BW InfoAreas). Just make sure you have all the authorizations on the BW side to do so. Basis had to help me with the ARIS settings to point to BW.
