PPM Problem]Not displayed import data in PPM.

Hi everyone.

I'm new at ARIS PPM and testing this.

I have a problem in the middle of PPM testing.

I can't see data that is imported from webMethods BPMS as below image.

Data import to PPM is succeed.

I don't know why and how to fix.

Please let me know the reason and the solution.

For you detail information, refer processing procedure to be attached for this testing.

Hello Toven, I'm new here,too.I think I've seen this problem before. You might forget one inportant step after import data in CTK. You need to run Merge processes and calculate KPIs. After this,you can start ARIS PPM and you'll see the imported data.
