Problems with "locked" models

Hello ARIS-Community,

I am currently working on an exciting BPM project with ARIS 7.1!

After connecting to the server, I open the models which I want to export as a image, in order to use them during a presentation. But when i open the models, it looks like they are locked to me. Instead of seeing the model, I only see red crossed bars over the actual model. I don't know how to make them disappear. Does anyone know how to solve that problem?

I already tried the unlock function, but that did not change anything...

Can u upload a screenshot for this?

Have u tried full-methods filter when u logon to the database?

yes, I have used full-methods. Could it be a problem with the version of my Aris client?

Problem solved!

As I suspected, the version of my Aris client was the problem.

I updated it to a newer version (7.2.3....) and it works perfectely
