Hope someone has encountered something similar and can hopefully help me out! I have scheduled a script using the Scheduled reports functionality available in ARIS Business Architect. Whenever I push the "Display Result" button I receive the following error message: "Incorrect password". Anyone know how to fix this? I checked the password specified in the properties and it is without a doubt correct.

Hi Matthias,
The versions are as follows:
ARIS Business Architect: 7.2.3.654794 (SR 2012_03)
ARIS Business Server: 7.2.3.654794 (SR 2012_03)

Could you please go through the properties of the scheduled report and set the next starting time to some minutes in the future and wait a bit.
I assume, that the password was wrong when creating the report and was then corrected.
If this is not working, delete and recreate the scheduled report.

I've tried setting it to some point in the future but still pick up the same error. I've also deleted and recreated the scheduled report countless times with no success. I've created a new user with a very simple password but still encounter the same problem. I've checked and rechecked my CAPS lock and keyboard settings. I've asked other users to test on their machines with both my user and their own users. They also encounter the same error - Password Invalid. I'm out of options at this point in time.
EDIT: I've consulted with a colleague who picked up the exact same issue at another site. He advised to switch to ScriptRunner as it is far more reliable in his experience.

Hi Martin,
Can you give me some more information. Which database, license, etc you're using.
I'm going to invest on this next week.
But I also recommend to update to newst ARIS version: ARIS 7.2 Service Release 2013_05.
Regards and a nice weekend,
Matthias

Hi Matthias,
I'm working on a client site. The client uses a MS SQL database as backend. Could you elaborate on what sort of lisencing information you need and I'll request it from the client? Any other info you need? I could probably get my hands on log files should they be required.
Updating to a newer version is the client's decision but I doubt it is something they would consider right now due to current project workload.
Thanks for the interest!

Hi Martin,
I installed the same version as you mentioned, but tested on internal database and I cannot reproduce your problem.
Please send my some logs. (Internalerror.log and jsreport.log)
Did you try to create the reports with system user? Does that work?
Regards,
Matthias
