I am now creating an Excel-file using the method "createExcelWorkbook".
I want to change the color of some text in certain cells. Is there any function that I can change the text color when I create the excel file using the aforementioned method?

in order to format the output object there ar methods like
DefineF() defines a format template or style sheet TableCellF() applies a named format template or lets you format cells individually
