Problems with Using Aris in Heberw

Hi.

Our Aris Database language is Heberw,

2 users of Aris Designer complains that sometimes they couldn't write in Hebrew.The cursor becomes write only in English.

We have no direction when and now it happens. It happens suddenly and the users must close and reopen Aris again.

May someone know what is the solution?
