does anyone know why every day the ABP deletes all my saved favorites? can it be related to the exports action that we execute every night from the ABD?
this should not happen due to the new exports.
Do you use anonymous access?
If you are using anonymous login, there is a cookie stored on the client, and with regard to this the information about favorites / history is stored in the Business Publisher database.
The Cookie is required for anonymous ABP access. It stores the settings and the history of the user.
Maybe your IT deletes these cookies every night?
