Hi,

you are running the setup on a windows machine to install the ARIS server remote on a redhat server with the oracle db as backend.

The check you found in the log (checkDBConnection) is executed in the ARIS agent on the redhat server to ensure that connection to the oracle db is possible and the maintained data are valid.

Looks like this check ends with the timeout. Did you execute the check just once? If yes, please execute it again. Maybe there was a network problem during this check.

If the problem still occurs, please check the network connection from the redhat server to the oracle db.

Another problem could be the location of the jdbc driver. It is transfered from your OneDrive location over your windows machine to the redhat server. Copy it to the windows machine and select the new location in the setup.

Hope I could help you.
