Hi everybody,
how is it possible to import the SAP attributes to ARIS?
I assigned attributes in SSM, but when I synch, the attributes are not shown in ARIS. Also if I open 'View/Options.../Assign Attributes' it's not possible.
Any ideas?
I use ARIS 7.2 SR2 and SSM 7.1.

Hi,
We have a similar situation, using ARIS 7.1.0.524795 and Solution Manager 7.1 SP4, only the process Name attributes are populated in ARIS.
The challenge we have is that in ARIS we require the Description/Definition attribute to be populated so this must be done manually after the first sync, but then each successive sync of that content removes this (and other populated attributes).
Is this handled via the Transport Request (I'm not very familiar with the SAP side of things) and can that be updated / changed?

what are the 'correct' transport requests for ARIS 7.2 SR2011_2 and SSM 7.1?
once the correct transport requests are used in SolMan, what else has to be defined in SolMan before I can import SAP attributes (under View/Options in ARIS)?

Hi Michael,
Please enquire with your SAP Basis person if they have used correct transport request in Solution Manager for the ARIS Version and SOLMAN version.
It should work.
