Hi,
every time I open ARIS connect via standard URL, I get the error message, that I do not have the correct access rights. After entering my credentials, it works as expected. I already cleared my browser history.

Well, then please check with Software AG Global Support ARIS what's wrong with your Connect installation via phone or Empower/eService.

You don't have connect license, wherein you are using design server with Connect Server Installation

Dear Michael,
Your URL looks not like the standard URL of ARIS Connect.
http://localhost/#default/home is actually the standard URL of ARIS Connect.
The URL to the ARIS download clients (Architect(/Designer) is http://localhost/#default/downloadclients.
For a tenant named "test" just replace #default with #test in the above URLs.
