Unable to Download ARIS express (windows version) .

Hi.

New for this community, sorry if posted my comments on wrong tab however can any one help to solve the downloading problem. Have tried to download but get below error massage.(file Attached)

according to error massage seems its ARIS community server issue. can any one guide me how to download and installed on PC.

Hi,

In the screenshot, we see that the download is very slow. We check whether the server sets an timeout.

Hi,

the file is located in the amazon cloud. A timeout therefor is most likely not the case.

Could you try a download client or another browser?

Hi Sir

Have tried download through chrome and got the error, have attached the screenshot again (left hand bottom corner side)

Kindly guide how to proceed further (download & instal it)
