Install problem

Please try this:

Go to your user profile: e.g. "C:\Documents and settings\<your user>\ARISExpress". In this directory, delete the "server" folder. Start Express again.

please help me.

i want to use Aris Express for my project.but i can't download it beacuase i installed  jdk1.6 then i click on aris express download ,after 5 minutes , unable to launch the application .

which version of JRE 1.6 did you install? You need to have 1.6.0_10 or newer.

i think my jre can not to find aris's server.

the version seems to be to old. Unfortunatly, your JRE (on Ubuntu?) does not display the full version.

You need to update to a newer version, please visit www.java.com

I have one question for install ARIS 6.1(Collaborative Suite).i want to know which requirments is needed for before install this.

i installed this package but i click on Aris6.1.exe ,it shows this error:

the procedure entry point_resetkoflw could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll
