Taking in Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Italy, the Process Intelligence Roadshow attracted a total of more than 350 people to venues that included the Volvo Museum in Gothenburg. The presentations illustrated how process intelligence can be used to significantly improve process performance. The roadshow also featured keynote speeches with a business focus, live product demonstrations, customer presentations, and a MashCamp (an interactive MashZone workshop).

My personal highlights were the customer presentations. It's always amazing to see the great things that companies do with Process Intelligence. Heineken is improving their procurement processes, Volvo is optimizing their financial processes, and 3 Italia has improved their business services support.
I would like to thank each participant for coming to the events and I promise, we will be back on the road next year with new, even more exiting Process Intelligence events. I will keep you updated here in this blog.
